Well, at least we beat out the compression sleeve. This article mentions that massage is more effective than the sleeve, but may not benefit arm function. This study was based around swelling in the arm for those stricken with arm swelling after breast cancer treatment. You can save a few dollars with a sleeve if you want to...I'm going for effectiveness!
