Relieving Muscle Soreness

Did you just finish the first session of your new boot camp class? Have you ever woken up feeling like you simply can't move? Unfortunately that's your body's way of saying, "hey, what are you doing to us?" Those micro-tears in your muscle fibers can be very painful and the only sure-fire way to make the pain stop is time.  However, here's some useful tips that can help you ease the pain: 1. Get a massage 2. Take a warm bath 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Ibuprofen 5. Ease back into the exercise program!  Hope this helps a little!
